Gentle recovery classes for new mums who have been given clearance to exercise following their 6-week postnatal check up and up to 12 months after birth. Restore strength, re-engage your core, and boost your energy levels. Bring baby along and connect with other new mums in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along a mat for yourself, and blanket or mat for baby, so that they can join you on the floor. Please also bring along any comforting items for your baby. Don't forget your bottle of water!

All new clients must complete the Get Active Questionnaire for Postpartum and email to hellolifepilates@gmail.com before attending the first class. You will not be able to participate if the information required in this form has not been provided.
