What should I bring with me?

Bring along your mat, a bottle of drinking water and a small towel.

If you are attending a class for New Mums and are bringing along your baby, you may wish to bring some items of comfort for them.

Pregnancy classes will be suitable for use of an exercise stability ball (anti-burst only) if you would like to bring yours along. Please make sure that the ball is in good condition as damaged or worn balls cannot be used in class.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that you are comfortable to exercise in.

Can I book a single class?

Yes. Please just select the class you'd like to attend on our booking page.

I have booked a class but find that I am now unable to attend, what do I do?

Please let us know at hello@lifepilates.co.uk as soon as possible. You will be given the option to attend the same class at our other centre.

Can I bring my baby and/or toddler?

Baby's up to 12 months can come along to the New Mum classes, but the Pregnancy class is just for mum.
