Pilates for Motherhood

At Life Pilates, we understand the incredible journey of becoming a new mum. That's why we offer thoughtfully designed group Pilates classes to support you from pregnancy through to your postnatal recovery. Find the perfect class to nourish your body and spirit.

Pilates for Pregnancy

Designed to support your changing body, our pregnancy Pilates classes help you maintain strength, improve posture, and alleviate common discomforts, all while preparing for birth in a supportive and gentle environment.

These classes are tailored for the 2nd & 3rd trimesters.

Pilates for New Mums

Gently rebuild your strength and reconnect with your body after birth. Our postnatal Pilates focuses on restoring your core, pelvic floor, and overall wellbeing, helping you regain confidence and energy. Bring baby along and connect with other new mums in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

These classes are designed for women who have received clearance to begin exercising after their 6-week postnatal checkup and up to 12 months postpartum.
